To complete your training, discover the different courses of the Trail de la Rosière 2017!
La Rosière 40 km D+3000
For this new 40 km, La Rosière offers you panoramas of dreams, mixed with technical trails. The route will take you on a ridge overlooking the Col du Petit Saint Bernard, with a superb view of the Mont Blanc.
You will then pass in the valley of the torrent des Moulins which, after a demanding climb through the passage of the Louie Blanche, will offer you an exceptional panorama facing Mont-Pourri, the valley and plateau of the Ruidor.
After an ascent of 500 m, your efforts will be rewarded by the magnificent Lac Noir. You will then descend on the Refuge d'Archeboc and the forest trail in the valley of Mercuel, before climbing the 700 m to the Lac du Retour.
A new descent will transport you to the chapel of Saint-Michel, to finish with a climb behind the Chatelard, to the heart of the Rosière resort.
This very demanding course is ideal for experts!
The Trail of the Lac du Retour 22 km D+1450
Between 1500 m and 2450 m of altitude, the 22 km of the Trail of the Lac du Retour will not be any rest. Again, the panoramas will follow. You will overlook the Col du Petit Saint Bernard, before greeting the Mont Blanc and the massifs of La Vanoise.
After crossing the mysterious Fort de la Redoute Ruinée, you will run along the balcony path of the combe of the Torrent des Moulins.
The climbing of the Louie Blanche crossing will allow you to enjoy the Lac du Retour with immense pleasure before descending into the forest.
Before reaching the finish by the climb of Les Foins, you will cross the authentic villages of Vaz and Chatelard.
One thing is for sure, you will take full eyes!
La Moulinette 15 km D+800
Although it is short, the Trail de La Moulinette is as nice and qualitative as these big brothers. Between alpine track with crest path and panoramic view, it has nothing to envy the previous 2 races.
90% of the course is a single track. On the ridges of the Roc Noir, you will enjoy a view over the Mont Blanc and the Col du Petit Saint Bernard, before crossing the Fort de la Redoute, the balcony trail in the wild valley of Moulins with torrents, bridges and the house of alpine pastures.
This year, the last three kilometers will take you along the alpine trail along the irrigation canal.
Les petits aviateurs 5 km
If this is one of your first trails, La Rosière has thought of you! The course of Les Petits Aviateurs is ideal for discovering the discipline. This loop of 5 km around the resort allows you to feel the benefits of the race in altitude, and on unpaved road. The itinerary is open to all, from 14 years old.
