OUR ADVICE FOR THE TRAIL
The most important thing in trail running is to enjoy yourself and not to start a race that is too difficult. It is essential to run at your own pace and to listen to your body. Run light by using a trail backpack or a belt that can contain a windbreaker in case of bad weather, a water bag and food. Choose a pair of technical trail shoes, which can grip the most unstable and rocky trails. Finally, after the trail, do not underestimate the recovery period, which will allow you to regain your muscular form.
