Excellent accueil et personnel au top!
Accueil super sympa et conseils approuvés
Notre expérience lors du retrait et de la restitution du matériel de ski a été décevante et n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce que nous avons connu les années précédentes en France, y compris lors de précédentes locations chez Precision Ski. Nous sommes arrivés au magasin une heure avant la fermeture, le samedi 28 avril, mais le personnel nous a refusé le service, indiquant qu’ils étaient trop occupés pour nous accueillir dans l’heure suivante et nous demandant de revenir le lendemain matin. À notre retour à 08h30, nous avons dû faire la queue pendant environ une heure avant d’être servis. De nombreux autres clients autour de nous étaient visiblement frustrés, créant une ambiance tendue et négative dès le début de nos vacances, en particulier pour nos enfants. Ces retards ont été d’autant plus frustrants que, sur quatre années de locations de skis, nous n’avions jamais connu d’attentes aussi longues. De plus, la qualité du matériel était en dessous de nos attentes, surtout compte tenu du fait que nous avions payé des suppléments pour des équipements « haut de gamme » sur deux forfaits. Nous avons également été mécontents du service lorsque mon épouse a souhaité échanger ses skis contre un snowboard après le premier jour. On lui a indiqué que cela ne serait possible qu’en versant 20 € dans la boîte de pourboires du personnel, malgré le retour des skis et des chaussures de ski, et le fait qu’elle utilisait ses propres boots de snowboard. Cette demande de paiement supplémentaire nous a semblé inappropriée et injustifiée. Enfin, lors de la restitution du matériel, il y avait de nouveau des files d’attente (bien que moins longues) et une certaine confusion de la part du personnel quant au retour complet de l’équipement, alors que tout avait bien été rendu. Cela semblait provenir d’un manque d’efficacité du système en place plutôt que d’une erreur de notre part. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience a été mal organisée, frustrante et a nui au début comme à la fin de nos vacances au ski. Il est donc probable que nous ne fassions plus appel à Precision Ski à l’avenir.

En raison d’un niveau d’affluence exceptionnel ce week-end-là, notre équipe a dû temporairement arrêter d’accepter de nouveaux clients en fin de journée afin de pouvoir servir correctement ceux déjà présents. Nous comprenons que le fait de devoir revenir le lendemain matin ait pu être frustrant, mais cette décision a été prise afin de garantir la sécurité et la qualité du service.
Concernant le temps d’attente, nous reconnaissons que le magasin était particulièrement fréquenté, ce qui a malheureusement entraîné des délais plus longs que d’habitude. Cela ne correspond pas au niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir.
Concernant le matériel, celui-ci est régulièrement entretenu et vérifié. En cas de problème pendant la période de location, notre équipe reste disponible pour effectuer les ajustements ou les remplacements nécessaires.
Enfin, pour les changements de matériel (comme passer du ski au snowboard), certaines conditions peuvent s’appliquer selon les formules choisies.
Nous regrettons que votre expérience ait été impactée par ces circonstances et vous remercions pour votre retour, qui nous permet d’améliorer notre service.

Ski collection was efficient and advice when buying goggles was good. Accommodating when I wanted to change my skis mid week. However staff could do with getting a sense of humour and stop being so grumpy!

It was convenient because it was close to the inn.
Some good and some bad. Firstly I preordered the prestige pack. As there had been a lot of snow i asked if I could swap to the all mountain pack which they agreed to do. The skis I got were anything but prestige with the soles badly scored and the tops badly delaminated. I flagged this and was told that they were perfectly OK to ski on. The skis were OK but a.long way off the description.
We had such a great experience with Precision Ski Palafour rental services. They were really helpful and allowed us to change our boots when the fit wasn't quite right. Such a great experience

Excellent value for equipment hire. Plus they offer great ski servicing and you can leave skis boot in their drying facility which is right near the lifts - palafour Tignes. The people at the Palafour shop were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use precision ski again.
Staff were excellent and very accommodating. They made sure that I had all the equipment,plus the skis and helmet I hired were nearly brand new. The poles were a little second hand as one of them was bent. But on the second day a staff member noticed this and changed it for me.

Pieret and his team have been fantastic this week. Totally focused on service and sales. Great skills too with servicing skis. An excellent job which has helped our skiing. Overall would highly recommend this as the best ski shop in Tignes. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you guys. Brilliant.

We hadn't placed heights on our order form which we found is important for the shop to prebook out skis. The guys still sorted us for kit quickly across 8 people. We had 1 issue with a set of skis but this was sorted at another precision shop and again settled easily and satisfactorily.

Our initial ski's and boot sizing was a bit rushed but when we returned the next day to exchange my skis and my partners boots the guys were very helpful and set us up extremely well. Would use them again

Really helpful staff. Quick and easy to book online and then go pick up. When a member of our party wanted to swap from skis to snowboard half way through the week it was no trouble, easily swapped with a friendly service.

Very friendly and helpful members of staff. We pre-booked and so got a fantastic price and were able to get our skis quickly. Other friends who booked elsewhere (and paid much more!) waited a lot longer. They had a good range of high quality equipment. Will definitely be using precision ski again.

Skis and equipment was all good. Price very reasonable. Found an issue with the skis on day 2 so brought back - they were happy to exchange them. Only criticism is they could use some signage not to exit via the shop but out the entrance underneath, were a bit shouty in telling us.

Really quick despite there being lots of people. Staff really friendly and useful despite there being a problem with the ordering details and not having the right measurements. But the staff were friendly and quickly got us some excellent equipment which we used to enjoy the rest of our holiday. ??

Friendly staff. However, we had to wait 1h to pick up our skis while there were maybe 4-5 groups in front of us. Also feels a bit like a scam when you have to pay your ëassurance vol' at the counter again while we already paid online.
