Arcadienne 2017: The downhill mountain bike race of Les Arcs
Go to Les Arcs on the weekend of 15 and 16 July, to participate of the Arcadienne 2017, the downhill mountain bike race of the resort.
The famous competition allows fans of thrills to enjoy themselves while rolling. Undergrowth, rocky passages and clear terrain with slopes will give you a lot of fun!
This year again, children under the age of 13 will have their own course. A simplified but equally playful layout.
Program of the Arcadienne 2017
Get ready to dismantle the Les Arcs track at the Arcadienne 2017. From Friday evening, from 6 pm to 8 pm, there will be the registration and withdrawal of the plates (Coupole - Arc 1600).
The Arcadian Kids
The competition will begin on Saturday, July 15, 2017 with the Arcadian Kids. Since 2013, kids have the opportunity to participate in the competition. On an adapted course of about 1'30 '' and equipped like real descenders, the under 13 years can make their own tracks on Les Arcs!
The day begins with the reconnaissance of the course from 13:30 to 16:00. The round will be launched at 4 pm, ending with a podium of riders at 5 pm.
The Arcadienne 2017 Juniors and Seniors
For adults, the start of the Arcadienne will be given at 10am, Sunday 16 July 2017, with a first round. Starting from 2 pm, the second round will start, ending the day with a Place du Soleil podium.

The snow begins gently to melt and we can see more and more enthusiasts climbing Les Arcs with their mountain bike. What better way to have fun than to participate in the Arcadian?
How to register for the Arcadian without being laid off?
Non-licensees will be able to register on site, with the possibility of a day license. You will have to present yourself with a medical certificate of no contra-indications to the practice of the ATV in competition.

Compulsory mountain bike equipment
Attention, to participate in the rules, it is essential to arrive on time, under penalty of exclusion of the event. Participants will be required to present themselves with the appropriate equipment, ie one-piece full-face helmets, long gloves, back protection, elbow pads and knee pads. Wearing a shirt with long sleeves is also mandatory.
